Emran Qassem is an experienced Lead Application Developer/Architect at Atmos Energy, specializing in ServiceNow solutions tailored to ITIL processes since February 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Application Developer III at Ericsson, where responsibilities encompassed support and administration of various applications including ServiceNow, and leading an offshore SCRUM team. Emran contributed as Sr. IT Engineer III at Cricket Communications, focusing on custom applications and ServiceNow administration, and worked as Scientific Programmer at the University of New Mexico, developing applications for scientific experiments. Additional roles include Sr. IT Engineer at EMCORE Fiber Optics and Software Engineer at OPS Systems, where Emran designed and developed software solutions for manufacturing and water treatment processes respectively. Emran began a career in technical support at ClientLogic. Emran holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and pursued further education at The University of New Mexico.
