Tim Kalinowski has worked in the software engineering field since 2011. Tim began their career as a Web Application Programmer for eBuilding Pty Ltd. From 2014 to 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer for M2 Corporation, and then as a Senior Software Engineer for Elenium Automation. In 2019, they also participated in a Student Research Program at iMOVE Australia. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at Atmo Biosciences.

Tim Kalinowski obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology between 2016 and 2019. In November 2019, they also obtained a membership with Engineers Australia. Additionally, they hold an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from SDI TDI ERDI.
