Todd Forgie possesses extensive experience in leadership roles focused on incident management and customer care within the technology sector. As Vice President and Head of Global Incident and Escalation Management at Atlassian, along with serving as Senior Director of Incident and Escalation Management at Google, Todd has developed a strong expertise in managing complex technical issues. Previous positions include Vice President of Customer Care at athenahealth, where Todd was integral in product and technical support, and served as Executive Director for IaaS Operations. Todd's background also includes Vice President of Information Technology and Managed Services at MEDHOST and a directorial role at TN HIMSS. Educational qualifications include a degree in Aerospace from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
