Caecilia Raeder currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Sales for the Nordics and Benelux regions at Atlassian, having previously led the DACH and Central Eastern Europe enterprise segments. With a strong background in sales leadership, Caecilia managed strategic accounts at Gartner, focusing on large enterprises in Australia and New Zealand, and held various roles at CEB, now Gartner, where responsibilities included managing key relationships within the Federal Government of Australia. Early career experiences include leadership positions at Talent Web and Hays, focusing on financial services, and a foundational role at Mars, where Caecilia conducted significant research in human resources. Educationally, Caecilia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and completed a program at the Yale School of Management in early 2023.
