Lance Tallman is a Product Engineer at AtlasRTX, a NICE Company, with a diverse background in engineering and project management. Since May 2022, Lance has progressed through various roles at AtlasRTX, including Associate and Apprentice Product Engineer. As Co-Owner and Developer at Octothorpe, Lance collaborated on the development of a physical card game and facilitated user research. Educationally, Lance holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Games with a Production Emphasis and double minors in Computer Science and Management from the University of Utah, where Lance also served as an Engineering Ambassador and a Senior Peer Advisor. Notably, as Project Manager at The GApp Lab, Lance managed a team to deliver a Virtual Motivational Interviewing app for Utah’s Child and Family Services.
