Angel Sokolnicki has a diverse work experience. They currently hold the position of Director of Client Success at Atlas, where they guide companies in their growth journeys and oversee a technology platform that supports thousands of companies and remote teams worldwide. Prior to this, Angel worked as an Associate Director of Client Success at ELEMENTS GLOBAL SERVICES from 2020 to 2021. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Attune, where they contributed to the management and implementation of company-wide goals and led various departments. Before that, Angel worked at MicroTek in multiple roles, including Director of Client Operations, Customer Service Manager, and Account Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing event scheduling and delivery, managing teams, and achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
Angel Sokolnicki completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management at Benedictine University in 2019. Prior to that, they also earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Management from the College of DuPage. In October 2020, Angel obtained a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn.
