Irshad Mallick has been working in the IT sector since 2016. From 2016-2017, they were an IT Lead at Craft Buddy Ltd, where they scaled, maintained, and guided their strategic IT infrastructure. During the same period, they were also an IT Assistant at West Herts College. From 2017-2020, they were an IT Operations Administrator at Forge Dynamic Ltd, a managed services provider servicing small & medium-sized businesses. Irshad'sduties included remote support, VPN implementation, Office 365 and G Suite deployment, and Windows Server Active Directory domain environment setup. In 2020, they joined Atlas Technica as an Infrastructure Engineer (Centralised Services) and Systems Engineer. Additionally, they were an IT Specialist at Immerse UK from 2017-2020, where they maintained their IT hardware, storage infrastructure, and cloud services.

Irshad Mallick's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science from Brunel University London in 2019, a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT from West Herts College, and prior to that, attending British International School Riyadh (BISR), Canons High School, and Doha Montessori British School. Irshad has also obtained several certifications, including CCNA 1, 2, 3 and 4 Certificates from Cisco in 2016, Certified Az Red Team Professional from Pentester Academy in 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft in 2022.
