Adam O'Dwyer has held various roles in the IT industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Field Engineer at Datacom. From 2012 to 2014, they were a System Administrator at Earthquake Commission (EQC). From 2014 to 2016, they were a Service Desk Specialist at Health Alliance. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Server Administrator at Datacom, where they were responsible for creating documentation, Powershell scripting, backup and restoring, group policy, DHCP, task scheduling, BAU tasks, and various project work. From 2016 to 2016, they were a System Administrator at Wynyard, where they were responsible for adding and removing security groups, ID administration, user based customer service, and various other tasks. Since 2020, they have been a Network Operations Center Engineer and System Engineer at Atlas Technica, where they are responsible for providing 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line technical support, mentoring/training junior consultants, developing team members, providing technical and commercial advice, and more.
Adam O'Dwyer attended Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
