Leo Halepli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Leo is currently working as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Science of Impact and AtlasOffice since September 2020. Previously, they served as the Managing Partner at Social-i Networks Ltd from April 2020 to September 2020. Leo also has experience as an Organizational Development Consultant and Director of Business Development at JSRI | Joseph Riggio Institute from September 2012 to December 2018. Leo worked as the Director of E-learning and Development at ABTI | Applied Behavioral Technologies Institute during the same period. Leo's earlier roles include Country Manager: Turkey and Management Consultant at Marker Global from May 2010 to September 2012 and October 2007 to May 2010, respectively. Leo pursued a PhD at the London School of Economics from September 2006 to September 2011.

Leo Halepli has a strong educational background in political economy research. Leo studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2005 to 2006, and then from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a PhD level research in Political Economy. Prior to that, Leo attended Robert College from 1993 to 1999. In addition to their academic degrees, Leo has also obtained several certifications, including executive education in complex adaptive systems and intentional performance.
