Heron Silva has a strong background in the renewable energy industry with experience working in various roles and companies. Heron is currently employed as a Senior Project Manager at Atlas Renewable Energy since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Construction Project Manager at Qair Brasil - Qair Group from January 2021 to November 2022.

Before that, Heron worked at Scatec Solar, where they held multiple positions. Heron was the OM Regional Manager - LATAM from October 2019 to January 2021, during which they managed operations and maintenance in the LATAM region. Heron also worked as a Project Manager interin from August 2019 to March 2020 and as an OM Manager - Brazil from September 2018 to October 2019.

Heron gained experience in operations management as the Gerente de operações at Eolica Faisas from July 2017 to September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at SIMM Soluções as an O&M Manager from March 2016 to June 2017 and as a Project Manager from June 2014 to March 2016.
