Sylwia Pałgan is a sustainability and ESG professional with extensive experience in sourcing, compliance, and environmental management. Currently serving as Sustainability Sourcing Lead at Atlas Copco, Sylwia oversees supply chain due diligence and manages the Responsible Sourcing Program. As an ESG advisor for Climate Leadership, Sylwia has developed educational webinars and contributed to an annual report on business sustainability.
