Lyndsey Falcus is the Project & Service Operations Manager at Atlas Cloud. Lyndsey has over five years of experience in project management and service delivery.
Lyndsey started their career as a Service Desk Manager at Perfect Image Ltd, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining technology and processes to ensure high customer satisfaction. Lyndsey then became the Project Manager, leading temporary project teams to provide comprehensive project management and deliver to clients across the UK. Lyndsey was responsible for creating project process for Perfect Image to adhere to, as well as managing and motivating the project teams.
In their current role at Atlas Cloud, Lyndsey is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lyndsey is also responsible for customer liaison activities and providing IT project management.
Lyndsey Falcus has a technical theatre studies degree from North Tyneside College. Lyndsey also has various project management certifications from Lynda.com, including certifications in managing project budgets, change, communication, ethics, integration, procurement, quality, risk, schedules, stakeholders, and teams. Additionally, they have a certification in Microsoft Project 2016 Essential Training and Quick Fixes for Poor Customer Service.
