Jordan Ruch serves as the Chief Information Officer at AtlantiCare since June 2024, previously holding the position of Chief Technology Officer at RWJBarnabas Health from 2002 to June 2024. In the latter role, Jordan Ruch directed the implementation of the Epic Enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) and led multiple initiatives focused on patient engagement, mobile applications, and remote patient monitoring. Ruch has extensive experience in strategic planning for EHR systems, health information exchange initiatives, and organizational transformation within healthcare IT. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University.
