David Tilton has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as President Emeritus at AtlantiCare since 2018. Their previous roles include Board Member at Franklin Bank since 1984, Chairman of the Board for the Health Research & Educational Trust from 2013 to 2019, and Senior Advisor and Executive Vice President and Chief Integration Officer at Geisinger Health between June 2016 and November 2017. Prior to their current position, David Tilton was President and CEO of AtlantiCare from 2007 to 2016. David Tilton earned an MBA from Rutgers University - Camden and a BSC from Rider University.
