Marcia Daniel is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in design and marketing. Currently serving as a Creative Manager at both Atlantic Union Bank and Union Bankshares Corp. since April 2014, Marcia also runs a freelance design business under Daniel Design, established in 2009. Prior to this, Marcia held the position of Marketing Manager at TransAuthority from August 2010 to October 2014, where responsibilities included directing marketing efforts for International Trucks in Central Virginia. Marcia's career also includes a significant tenure as Creative Director at Capital One from October 1996 to January 2010, where leadership of creative teams contributed to the company's substantial growth. Marcia began the professional journey as a Graphic Designer in the Medical Illustration Department of the U.S. Army from October 1991 to June 1993. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Arts & Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, obtained between 1975 and 1979.
