Carla Pagano is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the music industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Atlantic Records since April 2017, Carla has held various senior roles, including Senior Director of Marketing and Tour Marketing & Artist Development. Previously, Carla worked at Def Jam Recordings from March 2005 to September 2014 as Director of Touring & Artist Development, where strategic promotional campaigns for multi-platinum and developing artists were created and implemented. Carla's expertise includes comprehensive planning, marketing, and promotion for album releases, focusing on 360-degree marketing campaigns and innovative strategies to connect with target audiences. Earlier in the career, Carla was a Personal Assistant to Chairman Sean Combs at Bad Boy Entertainment, managing business and personal affairs across multiple locations.
