Katie Whitmire is an accomplished production coordinator currently working at Atlantic Pictures, overseeing short form, corporate, and branded content since September 2022. Previously, Katie served as a producer's assistant to Buzz Koenig at Atlantic Pictures, coordinating meetings and managing logistics for location scouts. With additional experience as a first team production assistant on "The Blacklist," Katie was responsible for ensuring actors were ready for rehearsal and shooting. Earlier roles include key PA and walkie PA with 1001 - Uptown Locals and various productions where responsibilities entailed securing location lock-ups and communication support. Katie also has a background as a technical assistant at New York University, managing equipment rentals and assisting students and faculty, and gained foundational experience as a production office intern at Pentimento Productions. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Film and Television from New York University.
