Kaitlin Fleming RN, MSN is a dedicated nursing professional currently serving as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Step Down Unit at Morristown Medical Center, part of Atlantic Health System, since April 2024. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty and Assistant Director of Simulation and Labs at Endicott College from January 2021 to May 2024, and a Cardiac/Telemetry PCU Registered Nurse at Beverly Hospital from September 2018 to December 2023. Kaitlin has also gained valuable experience through an Emergency Department Nurse Educator Internship at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, and has worked as a Patient Care Technician and Emergency Medical Technician in various healthcare settings. Kaitlin holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Endicott College, complemented by international experience from The American College of Greece.
