Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Atlantic Food Distributors and CEO of Cornerstone Foodservice Advisors, Craig embraces an entrepreneurial spirit focused on consulting for independent foodservice distributors. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer and EVP of Sales at Scavuzzo's Inc, General Manager at Waypoint, and Vice President of Sales at US Foodservice, among others. Craig holds a Master Certificate in Foodservice Management from Cornell University and an Associate degree in Marketing and Management from Des Moines Area Community College, complementing a strong educational background with practical industry expertise.
