Ashley Droze has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they started as a Supervisor and Student Ticket Assistant at Georgia Southern University, where they worked until 2017. Ashley then joined East Carolina University as an Assistant Director of Ticket Services from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as an Accounting Clerk at Choate Construction Company until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Handler at THE ALLIANCE OF THERAPY DOGS. Currently, they are employed at Atlantic Engineering Group, where they have held positions as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2021, a Human Resources Generalist since 2022, and currently serves as a Human Resources Partner starting from April 2023.

From 2013 to 2017, Ashley Droze attended Georgia Southern University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management.
