Vito Farino has over four decades of experience in telecommunications engineering, currently serving as a Voice and Fiber Optic Network Engineer at Atlantic City Electric since April 2002. Responsibilities include designing and documenting fiber splice diagrams, collaborating with Outside Plant Engineers, implementing substation relaying and protection schemes, and managing the Nortel Voice Network for Delmarva Power.
