Eleanor O Connell is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in information technology and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Atlantic Aviation Group, Eleanor has held significant roles at AerCap as Senior Vice President and at GECAS, where responsibilities included SVP of Innovation & Process Management, SVP of Process Management & Control, and leadership roles in Enterprise Initiatives and Simplification. Eleanor began their career as an Analyst Programmer at GPA - Guinness Peat Aviation. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Chemistry from the University of Galway and a Graduate Diploma in Computing from the Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus.
