Tre Williams has extensive experience in technical support and system administration, currently serving as a Service Desk Administrator at Atlantic Aviation since April 2019. In this role, Tre Williams resolves Tier 1-3 software, hardware, and network issues for end-users, focusing on minimizing downtime and enhancing system reliability through effective diagnosis and repair of network, printer, and PC hardware problems. Prior to this, Tre Williams worked as a Senior Coordinator at Capital One from July 2017 to April 2019, providing customer service and technical support for internal end users facing computer, device, applications, and network-based issues.
