Germán Suárez has extensive experience in educational leadership, primarily within the Cobb County School District since August 2005. Suárez has held multiple supervisory roles, including overseeing the World Languages Department and ESOL/Title III programs, where responsibilities included planning, evaluating, and implementing K-12 educational programs. This experience is complemented by a background as a classroom teacher for Spanish and ESOL subjects. Suárez possesses advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration and TESOL, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Formerly, Suárez served as a Title III/ESOL Program Monitor for the Georgia Department of Education, further contributing to expertise in program evaluation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
