Joyce Tuttle is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in optimizing property portfolios for maximum profitability. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Stream Realty Partners since October 2022, Joyce previously held the position of Property Manager at Atlanta Property Group, LLC, since April 2013, managing a portfolio totaling 1.5 million square feet. Prior roles include Property Manager at CP Group and Real Estate Manager at CBRE, Inc., where Joyce oversaw over 536,000 square feet of Class A commercial office space and managed an $8 million budget.
