Mark Carter is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Taylor English Duma LLP since January 2011, with a focus on Government Contracts, Construction Contracts, Land Use, Zoning, and General Commercial Litigation. In addition to this role, Mark serves as an Advisory Council Member at Atlanta Legal Aid Society since January 2020 and held a position as a Board Member at GHCA from 2015 to 2016. Prior to joining Taylor English Duma LLP, Mark practiced law at Smith Currie & Hancock from September 2007 to January 2011 and at Powell Goldstein Frazer & Murphy from September 2003 to January 2007. Mark began professional career as a Personal Lines Underwriter at Safeco Insurance from 1994 to 1998. Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law (2003) and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from The University of Alabama (1992).
