Brandon C. Owens is a professional with a diverse background in investigations and education. Currently serving as an Investigations Incident Coordinator at the Atlanta Housing Authority since May 2017, Brandon has previously held positions including Music Teacher at Fulton County Schools from August 2013 to May 2017, and worked in the Bureau of Planning for the City of Atlanta from August 2010 to September 2013. Additional experience includes the role of Merchandising Specialist at EXPRESS from October 2008 to August 2010. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Clark Atlanta University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
