Phillip Ampel is the President & Founder of Atlanta Audio & Automation. Phillip was previously with Hi-Fi Buys from January 1990 to December 1996 as a Senior Installer in Field Installations.

Phillip Ampel has a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Phillip also has certification from the Custom Electronics Design & Installation Association as a Registered Outreach Instructor. Additionally, they have GA Unrestricted Low Voltage License, BlueBolt Certified, CEDIA Certified Installer, Control4 Certified, Elan g! Certified, Lutron HomeWorks Certified Designer & Installer, Lutron RA2 Certified, Niles Audio Certified, RTI Certified, URC Certified, and Wilson Electronics Certified.
