Joshua Smith has extensive experience in human resources, holding several managerial positions across various organizations since 2008. Currently, Joshua serves as the HR Manager at Atkore and Imagination International, roles carried out since 2019 and 2017 respectively. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Director at Looking Glass Youth and Family Services, and roles at Red Giant LLC and Providence Health & Services, where Joshua contributed to human resources operations. Joshua’s career began at Target, where a decade of service as a Human Resources Technician laid the foundation for a robust professional trajectory. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
