Tom Clarke is an Associate Director at ´¡³Ù°ì¾±²Ô²õ¸éé²¹±ô¾±²õ since January 2021, where responsibilities include management of the West Midlands P3M team and oversight of resource allocation and team development. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on change and transformation projects, value management for significant infrastructure initiatives, and mentoring junior colleagues. A temporary secondment to HS2 as a Project Manager involved managing the Historic Environment Research and Delivery Strategy for the Central Region. Experience at Faithful+Gould included project and programme management in diverse sectors, contributing to national estates improvement initiatives. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and an HNC in Construction from Birmingham City University.
