Sophia Bailey is currently a Lava Lab Technician at ´¡³Ù°ì¾±²Ô²õ¸éé²¹±ô¾±²õ since May 2024 and serves as a Youth Ambassador for the NCS - National Citizen Service Trust from August 2023. As a member of Motivez, Sophia participates in the Application Season as an Alumni for 2023-2024, contributing to career development initiatives aimed at empowering students in STEM and beyond. Prior experience includes roles as a Mentee at Bridging Barriers from November 2023 to August 2024, Accounts Administrator at Hamptons from October 2023 to June 2024, and various positions in companies such as KPMG and Marks and Spencer. Education includes a Level 3 Data Technician degree at Multiverse expected in July 2025, A Levels at V6 Sixth Form College, and GCSEs from Colston's Girls' School.
