Tibeti Caviglioni Daniel has worked in various roles since 2003. Tibeti began their career at Dextra Sistemas as Gerente de Marketing in 2003. Tibeti then joined CEUNSP - Centro Universitário Nossa Senhora do Patrocínio in 2006, where they held the roles of Docente and Coordenadora do Curso de Marketing. In 2018, they moved to inspiraDelas as Criadora e Organizadora. Most recently, they joined Ativy as Chief Marketing Officer in 2021.

Tibeti Caviglioni Daniel has a varied educational history. In 2020-2021, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing, Branding, and Growth from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. From 2003-2004, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they obtained an Administration degree. Finally, from 2000-2003, they attended Universidade Paulista, where they obtained a Bachelor in Comércio Exterior, with a focus in Exportação de Software.
