Ivo Petrov serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Investor for Voltiris since December 2022, while holding similar positions at IMVERSE since May 2018, where also serves as Executive Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Investment from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
