Thad Satterfield serves as the Vice President of Talent at ATI Physical Therapy, leading a team of 50 professionals focused on delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences for the largest single-branded physical therapy provider in the nation. Previously, Satterfield held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Service King Collision, where a team of 50 successfully hired over 3,500 individuals annually, driving digital transformation across 350 locations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Talent Management and Director of Talent Acquisition at Phillips 66, where strategic initiatives centered on talent philosophy and university relationships were developed. Additional leadership roles include Director of Strategic Staffing at ConocoPhillips, and educational administrative positions such as Headmaster at The Colby School and Principal in various schools. Satterfield holds two Bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Elementary Education from The University of Tulsa, along with a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University.
