Gordon Davis has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Gordon is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated, where they oversee all operations and initiatives for ATI Forged Products. Prior to this role, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at Viking Pump, Inc., managing a vertically integrated Operations organization and leading various departments. Gordon also served as the Director of ATS Operations and Director of Flexible Operations at Rockwell Collins, where they directed manufacturing operations, implemented Lean manufacturing practices, and managed shutdown processes. Before joining Rockwell Collins, they held multiple roles at the US Navy. Overall, Davis has a strong background in improving productivity, implementing cost reduction programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Gordon Davis completed their Masters in Material Science from Iowa State University from 2000 to 2002, and they also obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university between 1992 and 1997.
