Stefan de Laat is an experienced process manager, currently serving at Athora Netherlands since December 2020, overseeing Configuration, Incident, Problem, Capacity, and Availability Management. Prior to this role, Stefan was employed by VIVAT from July 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities included Software Configuration Management and leadership in Technical Application Management for Zwitserleven. Earlier in the career, Stefan worked at SNS REAAL from July 2005 to June 2013, managing project resources and supporting the PMO, as well as leading DBA SQL/Datawarehouse teams. Stefan’s career began at REAAL Verzekeringen from March 2001 to June 2005 as a Release Manager. Educational qualifications include a degree in Technical Business Administration from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and additional studies at NCOI from 2011 to 2012.
