Euan Jones is an experienced professional in reward and HR operations, currently serving as the Group Head of Reward and HR Operations at Athora since January 2024. Previously, Euan held roles at Zego as Director of Reward & People Operations and Director of Reward, and at Abcam as Reward Director, among others. Euan's career began as a Reward Analyst at Aimia Inc and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, and also includes a position as Research Analyst in Global Mobility at ECA International. Euan holds a Master of Arts in Security Studies from King's College London and a BA Hons in Geography and Sociology from the University of Leeds, along with a Certificate in Employee Share Plans from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
