Isabella Koshy has worked at five different companies since 2017. Isabella began at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services as a Financial Technology Intern in 2017. In 2018, they moved to Myna Mahila Foundation as a Designer and Illustrator. In 2019, they became a Behavioural Science Research Intern at FinalMile Consulting. In 2021, they started their MFA Transdisciplinary Design Candidate position at Parsons School of Design - The New School. Currently, they are a Junior Design Researcher and Design Researcher (Intern) at Athlon.

Isabella Koshy's education history includes a Junior College degree from St. Xavier's College, a Diploma in Liberal Arts from FLAME University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FLAME University, and an MFA Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Coursera | Google in April 2021.
