Maddie Burns serves as a Growth Analyst at Procter & Gamble and is a member of the Player Executive Committee and a professional lacrosse player for Athletes Unlimited, both roles commencing in July 2024. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Procter & Gamble in 2023 and coaching lacrosse for Philadelphia Big 4 HHH in 2021. As a student-athlete at the University of Michigan, Maddie achieved significant accolades, including serving as the 2024 Women's Lacrosse Captain, being named a 3-time All American, and earning recognition as the 2024 Big Ten Defender of the Year, alongside multiple Academic All-Big Ten honors. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategy from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completing studies in 2024, and graduated from Germantown Academy in 2020.
