Troy Adair currently serves as the Dean of the College of Business at Athens State University since July 2023. Previously, Troy held various academic and leadership roles, including Professor in the Data and Technology Analytics Department at Lehigh University College of Business from August 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included directing a joint Computer Science and Business Degree Program and the FinTech Minor. Troy’s experience at Harvard Business School from June 2014 to June 2018 as Senior Director of Research Computing Services involved managing a variety of research teams and projects, with a focus on machine learning model development. Additional roles include Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at USAA, Associate Vice President at Berkeley College, and Director of Educational Initiatives at Wilkes University. Troy earned a Ph.D. in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and holds an MBA from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
