Michael Carnes currently serves as Systems Analyst II at Athens-Clarke County Unified Government since June 2023, focusing on the implementation of software solutions such as Clariti and Rentalscape. Prior experience includes IT Support Specialist at STADIA NEW CHURCH STRATEGIES, where responsibilities involved managing Salesforce and IT ticket fulfillment. Additional roles include Compliance Coordinator at Georgia Options, Inc., Program Assistant at Goodwill of North Georgia, HR Assistant at Valley Apparel L.L.C., and PRN Residential Counselor at Helen Ross McNabb Center. Michael also has experience as a Student Worship Leader/Campus Intern at Providence Church. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Counseling from Summit Bible College, as well as an Associate's Degree in Science with a focus on Psychology from Pellissippi State Community College.
