Anna Blixt is an inclusion expert with extensive experience in promoting diversity and creating welcoming workplace environments since August 2018. Anna Blixt's current role involves empowering companies to enhance their attractiveness as employers and fostering creative, inclusive cultures. In addition, Anna Blixt is the founder and enthusiastic drummer for malmöIPerna: FC Rosengård Support and serves as an ambassador for gender equality at Heja Livet, where knowledge is shared with a community of 130,000 members. Other roles include being a speaker at Athenas Talare Sverige, a program leader for Jämställt Arbetsliv, and a member of the executive committee for Jämställd Utveckling Skåne. Additionally, Anna Blixt co-founded Backarnas FF, focusing on grassroots football in Malmö, and previously served as a board member for Mångfaldsföretagarna and worked as a Gender & Inclusion Expert for We Exist. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Studies of Gender and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Lund University, as well as an exchange semester at National Taiwan University.
