Scott Haworth serves as the Vice President of Customer Care at athenahealth since December 2022, leading a globally dispersed team of over 600 Customer Care employees to enhance client support experiences. Prior to this role, Scott held multiple positions at Dell EMC from 1999 to 2022, including Global Director of Client Services and Support PMO, where Scott managed a team of program managers focused on strategic efficiency improvements for a large remote workforce. Additional roles at Dell EMC included leading North American client support services, directing technical support services in transformative contact center environments, and providing regional HR support. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
