Erica MontesDeOca MBA, CCP, GRP, PHR serves as the Director of Global Compensation at athenahealth since June 2023. Prior to this role, Erica was the Manager of Global Compensation at Indeed.com from 2021 to 2023 and held the position of Manager, Compensation Strategies at KPMG US from 2016 to 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Consulting Manager at Prudential Financial from 2011 to 2016, providing analyses and recommendations on compensation issues while supporting enterprise-wide compensation projects. Erica began their career as an Assoc Compensation Manager at Merck, where responsibilities included internal consulting and managing compensation projects, and has also held roles as a Financial Analyst and Compensation Analyst. Erica's educational background includes an MBA in Finance & Global Business from Rutgers Business School, a B.S. in Economics from Saint Peter's University, and a certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
