Shruti Cheriyan is an Associate Consultant at Athena Infonomics since March 2022, with prior experience as a Global Health Fellow at Swasti from August 2021 to January 2022, and as a Project Intern at the Institute of Public Health in Bengaluru focusing on the Commercial Determinants of Health from January to June 2021. Previous roles include a Student Consultant at the United Nations Population Fund where responsibilities involved identifying determinants for the use of results-based information, fieldwork for a qualitative study on infant and child health in Mumbai for the International Institute for Population Sciences, and a Research Intern with the Kerala State Poverty Eradication Mission focused on the Asraya project for destitute families. Shruti Cheriyan holds a Master of Science in Health and International Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Arts in Demography and Population Studies from the International Institute for Population Sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Honours from Delhi University.
