Geneva De Lafuente is an experienced professional in operations and executive support, currently serving as an Executive Assistance Coach at Athena since April 2022, after previously holding the position of Operations Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Athena, Geneva worked at Concentrix from January 2019 to February 2022 as a Deputy Manager and Operations Support Supervisor. Earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Supervisor at ResultsCX from February 2013 to January 2019. Geneva holds a degree from the University of Cebu.
