Marcin Klawitter has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. Marcin began their career as a PHP Developer at Polcode from November 2009 to August 2011. Marcin then transitioned to QXL Poland / Allegro.pl, where they worked as a PHP Developer at otomoto.pl from June 2011 to July 2012, focusing on migrating legacy code to a more modern stack. Marcin then joined TableCard as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2012 to April 2013. In this role, they led the mobile team and was responsible for creating APIs for mobile applications, invoicing systems, dashboards, and a statistics engine. Marcin then worked at QualityMedia as a Lead Software Engineer from May 2013 to April 2014, where they built a system integrating multiple social networks in one centralized dashboard and created development processes for other developers. Most recently, Marcin worked at Mohawk Group, INC as a Lead Software Engineer from May 2014 to present, primarily focusing on building an automated fulfillment system and implementing synchronization between internal systems. Alongside their professional experience, Marcin also worked as a Full Stack Developer as a freelancer since September 2011.

Marcin Klawitter attended Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu from 2005 to 2010, where they studied Physics and IT.
