Lucija Bolanča has a diverse work experience history. Lucija started their career in 2019 as a Digital Banking Administrative Assistant at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. Lucija then moved on to become an Accounting Assistant at Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova Republike Hrvatske. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for the Canadian market at HelloFresh. Later that year, they joined Aterian (NASDAQ: ATER) as a Customer Support Representative. Within Aterian, they also held the positions of Quality Assurance Specialist and Finance Associate. Lucija'smost recent role was as a Finance Associate, which started in March 2022 and ended in May 2023.

Lucija Bolanča obtained a Master's degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Economics from the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb.
