Anil Bhalla is an experienced executive and investor with a strong background in customer experience and business transformation. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at Atento since June 2022, Anil is also an investor in Venture X, SupportNinja, and Voicegain, providing strategic guidance and leveraging expertise in CX technologies. Anil's previous roles include Senior Vice President at Concentrix, CEO of The Minacs Group, COO at RSM McGladrey, and COO at iCall India Limited, among others, where Anil significantly contributed to operational improvements and expansion strategies. Anil's educational background includes military studies at the Indian Military Academy and a Bachelor of Science from the National Defence Academy.
