Stephanie Geeraerts is an experienced professional in the field of real estate and investor relations. Currently serving as Investor Relation Manager at Atenor since September 2021, Geeraerts focuses on addressing the financial markets' demand for sustainable investments by promoting the Atenor business model. Previous experience includes serving as Associate Director and Market Unit Lead for the Shell BELUX project at CBRE België, where responsibilities included contract negotiation and acquisition management. Additionally, Geeraerts held roles as Portfolio & Transaction Manager at CBRE and Sales Manager at MULTI NV, contributing to sales and business development across various sectors. Geeraerts began the career at Iron Mountain as a Business Development Executive, honing skills in sales and account management.
